Terms and Conditions / Shipping

Please allow 7-10 days for processing all custom orders.  All orders are created after order request.  Once the order is completed the customer has 1 business day for approval, once approved the processing clock begins.  Due to the time needed to complete the custom designs, please allow an additional 7 to 10 business days for processing in addition to shipping.

Order confirmations are emailed after purchases are completed.  Upon completion of your order, the tracking information will be sent to the email / phone number provided during check-out. 

To help prevent extra fees or delays, it’s important that all shipping details are correct when placing your orders online or by calling AG Creations. Please double-check all shipping information before submitting your order. Additional delivery charges may apply due to customer errors (i.e., incorrect address or zip code entered in the online order fields).

Please Note: Items may take longer due to holiday's, bad weather or other circumstances beyond AG Creations control.  AG Creations is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items.  However, please remember that all shipments will be tracked using USPS priority.  We will make every effort possible to contact you about any concerning issues that may arise.

All goods are shipped via USPS priority unless otherwise contacted by e-mail from the customer.  Once items are approved, production will begin which will make the sale final with no return or exchange or your custom product. 

Having your correct contact information on-hand will also assist us in contacting you should a problem arise with your order. We prioritize our self in ensuring that you are happy with your order and you receive your items in a timely fashion.  

Local customers have the option to pick up their items, receive drop-off service or meet up with AG Creations at a central location for a delivery fee. 

Please note some custom items need additional processing time, during the order process AG Creations will inform the customer of such.

Rush shipment fee is available upon request for an additional fee.
